Project Manager – Event Agency

Our client is an award-winning event production house based in Hong Kong. Over the years, they have successfully executed flawless events for numerous prominent clients spanning various sectors, including luxury, property development, travel & hospitality, and government. They are now looking for an Event Project Manager to support on their growth in Hong Kong.

The role:

• Provide client service for leading shopping malls, hospitality groups, retail brands, and theme parks.
• Handle planning, management, and budget control for marketing events at the highest standards.
• Prepare strategic proposals and professionally supervise event setup and dismantling.
• Drive business growth and effectively manage client relationships.
• Efficiently communicate with clients and vendors on assigned projects and events.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated excellence in events and project management.
• Digital and interactive orientation, with strong internet research capabilities.
• Solid production knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
• We seek individuals who are responsible, dynamic, self-motivated, and willing to put in extra effort.
• A track record in PR and marketing events is advantageous.
