Project Manager – Event Agency

Our client is an award-winning event production house based in Hong Kong. Over the years, they have successfully executed unforgettable events for numerous prominent clients spanning various sectors, including luxury, property development, travel & hospitality, and government. They are now looking for an Event Project Manager to support on their growth in Hong Kong.

The role:

You’ll take charge of planning, managing, and budgeting for high-caliber marketing events, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. Craft strategic proposals, oversee event setups with professional precision, and drive business growth by nurturing strong client relationships. Your role will involve seamless communication with clients and vendors, managing projects and events efficiently, and assist Sales Manager with onboarding and management new clients and projects.

The Person:

Showcase your exceptional skills in events and project management with our client! We’re looking for individuals who are experienced in event and on-stage decoration management from an agency environment. Your solid production knowledge will be crucial, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must. We’re seeking responsible, dynamic, and self-motivated professionals who are ready to go the extra mile.
