Project Manager – Marketing & Event Agency

Our client is an award-winning marketing and event production house based in Hong Kong. Over the years, they have successfully executed flawless events for numerous prominent clients spanning various sectors, including luxury, property development, travel & hospitality, and government. They are now looking for a Project Manager to support on their growth in Hong Kong.

The role:

• Provide client service for leading shopping malls, hospitality groups, retail brands, and theme parks.
• Handle planning, management, and budget control for marketing events at the highest standards.
• Prepare strategic proposals and professionally supervise event setup and dismantling.
• Drive business growth and effectively manage client relationships.
• Efficiently communicate with clients and vendors on assigned projects and events.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated excellence in events and project management.
• Digital and interactive orientation, with strong internet research capabilities.
• Solid production knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
• We seek individuals who are responsible, dynamic, self-motivated, and willing to put in extra effort.
• A track record in PR and marketing events is an advantage
