A well-established international organization is looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Policies to lead the design, governance, and delivery of competitive compensation programs and reward strategies across global markets.
This strategic role ensures that reward frameworks support business objectives, uphold internal equity, and comply with international regulatory standards-all while optimizing cost-efficiency and market competitiveness.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and governance of total rewards frameworks, including salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-linked compensation
- Manage the annual compensation cycle, promotions, and market adjustments to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with business needs
- Deliver strategic insights and modeling to support executive reporting, pay decisions, and reward optimization across regions
- Act as a key advisor to HR and senior leaders on compensation, retention, and policy matters, ensuring a balance between internal equity and market competitiveness
- Oversee compliance with global compensation regulations, labor laws, and internal audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through the integration of technology, automation, and data analytics in reward operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, and policy management
- Deep understanding of reward strategy, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and incentive design
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience working with compensation systems and HRIS tools
