Senior Brand Manager

The Senior Manager of Brand is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the brand. This role exists to shape and amplify how the world experiences the brand- across every touchpoint, journey, and interaction – ensuring the brand remains relevant, credible and distinct.

As the guardian of our brand equity, this role drives long-term value by embedding brand thinking across the business, inspiring internal and external audiences, and delivering consistent, world-class brand experiences. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and creativity, the Senior Manager of Brand plays a critical role in defining what the brand stands for today – and what it will mean to future generations.

Accountabilities:

• Define and lead the global brand strategy – targeting, positioning and objectives.
• Translate strategy into actionable frameworks that guide marketing, guest experience, and employee experience.
• Ensure the brand is future-fit, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.
• Own brand health tracking and measurement, turning data into actionable insights.
• Deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand equity and perception.
• Partner with key business units (Marketing, Loyalty, HR, Service Delivery) to embed the brand across the organisation.
• Champion brand-led thinking in product development, service design, and internal culture. Establish and manage a robust yet agile brand governance model.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels, platforms, and markets. Lead relationships with brand and creative agencies.
• Ensure partners deliver best-in-class work aligned with brand objectives and standards. Act as a senior brand ambassador within the organisation.
• Inspire and mentor teams to uphold and evolve the brand with creativity, discipline, and passion.
