Business Director – Digital Marketing Agency

I am currently working with a leading fully fledged Digital Marketing Agency with over 10 years’ experience within the Middle East. They currently have fully fledged offices in Dubai and Jordan but are looking to grow their offices in Abu Dhabi and KSA. This role involves building on existing key accounts as well as generating business with new blue-chip companies. You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Saudi Office and you will be working closely with the senior members of the team in Dubai to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new business, answer all the company leads that are based in your territory
• Identify specific clients and provide strategies on how you plan to work with them
• Responsible for new hires and managing these hires
• Create a positive working environment that people can thrive within
• Manage operations and finances of business and ensure these goals are met
• Monitor pipeline of the Account Managers and review their progress regularly
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or related field
• 10+ years experience in digital marketing with 5+ years in an similar role within an agency
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Arabic speaking is a plus
