Senior Planner

Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated integrated senior strategic lead to help lead the strategic output of the office.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work across the agency entire suite of clients
• Have day to day autonomy with the support and supervision from the Regional Strategy Director
• Work quickly, efficiently and collaboratively to juggle various briefs without needing to be overly managed
• Have a junior strategist that reports into you

Skills:

• Proven expertise on delivering fully developed, and integrated strategies that include offline, digital, social media, and personalized communications.
• Insight and data-centric. Comfortable using desktop research, surveys as well as digital tools such as Crimson Hexagon, Global Web Index, amongst other research sources to shape powerful and compelling insights.
• Understanding of social media beyond organic strategies and content calendars, but including its paid media targeting & retargeting capabilities, formats, and creative possibilities to drive more newsfeed break-through and performance driven campaigns.
• Ability to develop personas and customer journeys at the heart of engagement strategies which unlock customer value for clients.
• Digital-savvy. Good understanding of performance marketing, mobile, site, and innovative digital technologies such as VR, AI, etc.
