The role is a leader within the CX practice area. This covers UI/UX design, service design, design thinking and customer experience strategy. You will be leading a team of circa 20+ design specialists across the MENA region.
The company has a strong pipeline of existing projects, however they are keen to hire a leader with a strong new business development capability. You will be able to own and develop a long term P/L. As well as business development this role leads client engagements from a strategy development and direction point of view.

Great depth of knowledge in modern design practices
Knowledge of data led design methods
