Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote – Dubai based client.

The Client:

On behalf of our client, a market leader in online gifting, we are recruiting for an experienced Senior Product Designer. Our client is on a mission to innovate and enhance their platform, creating seamless and delightful experiences for their users.

Role Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and innovate within their Product team. You will have the opportunity to significantly shape their design language and user experiences, either by spearheading design initiatives for their Consumer-facing Squad (Discovery & Checkout) or contributing to their worker daily-use app. This high-impact role is ideal for a creative thinker passionate about solving complex UX problems and delivering industry-leading visual design.

What You’ll Do:

End-to-End Ownership:

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final product launch.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and business needs.
• Ensure final products meet design standards and align with user expectations.

Solve UX Challenges:

• Develop detailed flows and prototypes to tackle complex user challenges.
• Create scalable UI solutions for diverse user scenarios.
• Focus on visual and UI details to elevate the overall user experience.

Drive UX Research & Insights:

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Translate user insights into actionable requirements and innovative UI designs.
• Make data-driven decisions to refine and improve the user interface.

Develop Design Systems:

• Create and maintain design systems for consistent and elegant UI experiences.
• Advocate for design consistency across products to enhance usability.
• Develop reusable UI components for efficient and scalable design workflows.

Collaborate Across Teams:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and operations to define and refine product requirements.
• Provide strategic input on future opportunities and feature launches.
• Ensure alignment between design decisions and business objectives.

Mentorship & Leadership:

• Mentor junior designers, fostering skill development and team growth.
• Ensure consistent project delivery by aligning the team on design priorities.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices in UI design within the team.
