UI/UX Designer

In this role you’ll be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design and visual skills to build world class digital experiences.

The UX/UI Designer will create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and customer requirements and will work closely with product managers, software developers and user experience researchers.

Responsibilities:

• user journeys and digital experiences that are simple and elegant.
• cross-functionally with product management, engineering and user research to ensure a smooth digital product development process.
• and receive feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality and consistency.
• for our customers in a fast-paced, corporate climate.
• involved in defining digital product strategy for the different digital product portfolio.
• insights, analytics and other information touch points to define the experience in a way that delight customers and adds value to the Group.
• prototypes, wireframes and any other artifacts that contribute to the end to end digital product development process.
• digital designs on multiple platforms.

Experience/Skills:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a product development research setting.

• experience driving research programs that have had a lasting impact on product and design decisions
• experience conducting research in multiple regions (i.e MENA, APAC etc), and working on products with global impact
• ability to plan and conduct research in close collaboration with people in a variety of roles, including design, technology, product management and business stakeholders
• to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
• drive to explore and define UX research opportunities
• to create wireframes as well as interactive prototypes Experience designing for groups of people (international audiences, multi-language localization, accessibility, etc.)
• with user experience /interface design patterns process
• design skills, knowledge, production value and attention to detail
• to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
• to create wireframes as well as interactive prototypes
• good understanding of web standards and accessibility standards.
