UX UI Designer

Job Description:

We are in search of a user-experience (UX) designer who possesses the ability to comprehend our business requirements and navigate technical constraints. The ideal candidate will spearhead user research, interviews, and surveys, translating findings into comprehensive artifacts such as sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Additionally, the UX designer will play a crucial role in shaping the overall functionality of the product, iterating based on user-testing for an optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Transform abstract concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that culminate in seamless user experiences.
• Drive the client’s product vision by engaging in comprehensive research, conceptualizing, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Craft and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups tailored for a diverse range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design challenges and develop elegant solutions.
• Make strategic decisions pertaining to design and user experience, both for core functionalities and novel features.
• Embrace a user-centered design approach, swiftly testing and refining designs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Pose insightful questions, take calculated risks, and champion innovative ideas.
