What You’ll Be Doing
Providing expert legal counsel across diverse markets and industries, managing legal matters with a global scope.
Leading the development and scaling of the IP function for the business.
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop robust legal risk management strategies and implement efficient legal processes tailored to a tech innovation environment.
Working closely with internal stakeholders including finance, compliance, and operations to drive strategic business decisions and M&A activities.
Overseeing management of complex transactions, contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.
