My client is a big conglomerate in the Middle East, they looking to hire an HR Executive to support one of their rapidly growing divisions.
Key Requirements
Cover the full HR spectrum, including recruitment and talent development
Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
Contribute at both a strategic and operational level with digitization of HR and AI learning
Provide expert professional advice and support to staff on all aspects of people management
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum of 5 years HR experience
* Degree qualified – Ideally within HR or relevant subject
* Must be immediately available
