I have engaged with a leading technology company in the Middle East who are looking to add a Learning and Development Operations Specialist to their team on a fully remote, 12-month initial contract:

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in shaping their employees’ skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Learning Program Coordination:

  • Manage the logistics of learning programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.

Technology and Systems Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the efficiency of training programs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning platforms and ensure a user-friendly experience for employees.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on training completion, performance metrics, and key learning outcomes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure that learning programs are compliant.
  • Conduct regular audits of training materials and processes to maintain high-quality standards

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external partners to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to promote awareness of available learning opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development operations or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
