I have engaged with a leading technology company in the Middle East who are looking to add a Learning and Development Operations Specialist to their team on a fully remote, 12-month initial contract:
The ideal candidate will be pivotal in shaping their employees’ skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Learning Program Coordination:
- Manage the logistics of learning programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
Technology and Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the efficiency of training programs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning platforms and ensure a user-friendly experience for employees.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on training completion, performance metrics, and key learning outcomes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure that learning programs are compliant.
- Conduct regular audits of training materials and processes to maintain high-quality standards
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external partners to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with employees to promote awareness of available learning opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
