My client are a leading family group entity in the Middle East. They are looking for an outstanding Senior L&D Specialist to join their team.
Strategic Training Needs Assessment: Lead the process of identifying and analyzing organizational training needs, working closely with business leaders to anticipate future skill requirements and workforce development trends.
Learning Strategy & Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs using diverse interventions such as classroom, virtual, and digital learning, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving industry best practices.
Certification & Compliance Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of certification programs, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, accreditation requirements, and timely execution to support career progression and business needs.
Advanced Learning Delivery: Deliver tailored learning solutions, catering to diverse audiences across behavioral, technical, and leadership competencies, ensuring alignment with business transformation initiatives.
Induction & Onboarding Excellence: Enhance and manage the induction program, ensuring new joiners receive a structured and impactful onboarding experience that integrates them seamlessly into the organization. Provide data-driven insights to HR for continuous improvements.
Industry Benchmarking & Best Practices: Conduct research and benchmark leading talent development practices, both internally and externally, to proactively introduce innovative learning solutions that drive employee engagement and performance excellence.
Learning Governance & Operational Excellence: Ensure training programs are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget, maintaining a balance between cost efficiency and learning impact.
Training Impact & Effectiveness: Establish robust mechanisms to validate training nominations, track participation, and assess learning effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback analytics.
