Relationship Manager Corporate Banking – UAE National

Our client, a leading bank in the region, is seeking a Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to join their Corporate Banking division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of large corporate clients, driving business growth, and delivering tailored banking solutions. Your expertise will help the bank strengthen its client base and achieve strategic objectives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to structure credit facilities, mitigate risk, and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in alignment with the bank’s business strategy for both assets and liabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities, originate transactions, and lead negotiations to close deals efficiently.
• Structure customized financial solutions in coordination with product, credit, and risk teams.
• Conduct credit analysis, prepare and present proposals to internal committees, and oversee documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC policies.
• Develop account plans, drive cross-selling initiatives, and monitor client satisfaction to deepen relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of banking experience in the UAE, preferably in the corporate or commercial banking sector.
• Strong understanding of credit structuring, transactional banking, and financial risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, etc.) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and banking platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
