Senior Legal Counsel

My client are a leading media business in the Middle East. They are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Drafting, negotiating, and/or reviewing a diverse range of commercial contracts across multiple business areas, including MOUs, joint venture agreements, distributorship and licensing agreements, procurement and supply agreements, technology agreements, and sales terms and conditions

Drafting precedent agreements

Drafting and/or reviewing policies and procedures

Assisting with acquisitions, due diligence processes and divestments

Supporting legal, finance and tax teams in company-wide special projects and initiatives

Outsourcing legal services and liaising with external counsel as required

Staying up to date with legal and industry developments and key business information and sharing knowledge within the legal team and across the business

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships within the legal team and across the business

Demonstrating a practical commercial approach
