Customer relationship management
The ideal candidate will come from CRM/CLM background, with experience in designing retention campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the planning, design and content for email campaigns to improve the original format.
- Build great email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the multiple teams in the business that will assist you in design and content creation.
- Own the operations for executing regional retention marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns through tracking and analytics.
- Create dashboards, reports and alerts for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- HTML experience is a must as sometimes you will be required to support from a hands on perspective.
- Experience using marketing automation software such as mailchimp or ExactTarget.
- 4 years experience.
