CRM Analyst

Our client on the Agency side is looking for their next Junior CRM Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and have worked with multiple brands internationally or in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and analyze A/B test plans to improve engagement performance.
• Work on marketing automation activities.
• Analyzing campaign performance to provide insightful actions for optimization.
• Development of complex segmentation models to deliver targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
• Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience CRM Analyst or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in SQL is a must.
• Expert using Excel for data analysis and modelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.
