Our client, a leading global aviation company is currently looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Digital business leaders to analyze requirements and design effective solutions.
- Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses using a comprehensive analytical toolkit to uncover insights and root causes.
- Summarize and visualize results, highlighting key insights for business translators to develop further.
- Maintain a repository of solution documentation, including methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in analysis approaches, recommending priorities to the wider team for further development.
- Develop and maintain proficiency with tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and other advanced analytic and database resources.
- Specialize in key analytical disciplines and act as an expert and coach within the analytics team.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, data management, and/or Data Science models used in commercial/digital processes. Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
