Communications Section Head (EMIRATI)

A leading organization is seeking a Communications Section Head to lead the development and execution of high-impact communication strategies. This role will shape brand positioning, manage media outreach, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead internal and external communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency in multiple languages
• Build strong relationships with media and external partners to increase positive exposure
• Oversee crisis communication planning and response to protect brand reputation
• Lead content production for media, events, and campaigns while maintaining compliance with communication policies
• Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in communication practices

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; master’s or certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience in communications
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong experience in media relations, branding, crisis communication, and strategic planning
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
