Technical SEO Specialist

Our client, a leading global aviation company is currently looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive technical audits of the website to identify and fix SEO issues.
• Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for website content updates and modifications.
• Manage and troubleshoot content updates using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Conduct thorough keyword research to find valuable keywords for optimizing content.
• Enhance website content by optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links.
• Work closely with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
• Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website performance.
• Analyze competitors to discover strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet SEO needs and requirements.
• Maintain version control and track content changes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Regularly audit and update content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and quality.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in an SEO role within a client or agency setting; experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling and prioritizing multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly explain SEO concepts and strategies.
