Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CMO to craft and execute the social media calendar and strategy.
- Implement social media initiatives aligned with the business goals and objectives.
- Strategize and carry out innovative campaigns driven by insights that resonate with our target audience, thereby increasing reach and engagement.
- Manage and curate social media presence on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce and share captivating content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written copy.
- Oversee daily interactions, establish the brand’s tone across social platforms, and moderate user engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, generate reports, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate, manage, and supervise content creation in collaboration with partners, including creative agencies, creators, and influencers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Twitter, or YouTube to inform social media strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies while brainstorming innovative approaches for our community.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record in social media management within the fashion and luxury industry.
- Profound knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with social media analytics tools to measure and analyse performance.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a background in copywriting considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience in art direction, as well as content production and management (static images, videos, animations), is advantageous.
- Highly creative with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
