As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading teams to deliver ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities:
- Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across major regional and international events.
- Lead sales campaigns to meet and exceed strategic and financial targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with clients, agents, and government trade bodies to secure exhibitors.
- Develop and implement key account management strategies to maximise retention and acquisition.
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and introduce new sales innovations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure exhibitions are delivered to the highest standard.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring to sales teams.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years’ sales experience within the exhibitions industry.
- Proven track record of securing and growing sponsorship and exhibition revenue.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and develop sales strategies.
- Commercially strategic, results-focused, and adaptable.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
