Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for exhibitions and B2B events? My client a global leading exhibition company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead commercial success across one of our high-profile global portfolios.

This role is pivotal in driving multi-million dollar revenue, optimising key accounts, and closing high-impact deals – from SMEs to senior leaders at blue-chip companies across the transport value chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed personal and show revenue/profit targets
  • Drive new business by identifying, contacting, and converting leads into long-term clients
  • Develop compelling sales strategies and proposals that maximise stand and sponsorship revenues
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and understand their commercial goals
  • Report on performance metrics, pipeline health, and market trends to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen commercial strategies
  • **No direct reports, but you’ll be a key commercial voice in the business**
  • Responsible for meeting sponsorship and exhibition revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B exhibition and sponsorship sales experience
  • Proven track record of smashing commercial targets in a competitive environment
  • Skilled in the full sales cycle: lead gen, prospecting, pitching, closing, and upselling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
