Vice President – Commercial Strategy

My client are a leading Real Estate business, based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to recruit a Vice President – Commercial Strategy and help shape the future of one of the region’s most dynamic real estate companies.

Role Overview:

As VP of Commercial Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact strategies for the Commercial team. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the commercial priorities align with broader business objectives. Your work will directly influence performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the commercial strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Leverage data analytics to drive performance, optimize decision-making, and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and market positioning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive commercial success.
