Overview: SALT is supporting a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media owner across the UAE, providing premium digital and traditional advertising solutions in high-footfall locations.
We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join their commercial team and drive continued revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
* Identify, prospect and pitch to brands, agencies and corporate clients across retail, F&B, real estate and automotive sectors
* Tailor proposals that showcase the businesses OOH inventory and value proposition
* Nurture and grow long-term relationships with clients and media agencies
* Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure flawless campaign execution
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to refine our offering
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline reports for senior management
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ hands-on OOH media sales experience in the UAE
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* In-depth knowledge of OOH formats, inventory management and pricing models
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
* Strong relationship-building ability with clients and agencies
* Fluent English; Arabic speaker advantageous
* Valid UAE driving licence
