MarTech – Sales Manager – Dubai

A global leader who are DISRUPTING the mar-tech landscape are hiring a go-getter New Business Sales Manager to join their fun, hardworking start-up office in Dubai. You’ll be selling to exciting businesses across travel, ecommerce and more.

This role is for someone who is most definitely a ‘hunter’ sales person with the proven experience of drive and determination to successfully achieve targets as well as working with integrity, a humble attitude and good sense of humor.

Uncapped commission structure on offer

Role description:

• Identifying and visiting potential clients on a daily basis
• Achieving strict sales targets
• Establish strong customer relationships through strong influencing skills, understanding clients business model
• Build trust and commitment with clients
• Identifying problems within business and providing solutions
• Constantly tracking activity on the CRM System

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of local experience selling Marketing SaaS
• Consultative sales approach and strategic, out of the box approach to new business development
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• A proven record of exceeding sales target
