Assistant Vice President – Events

My client is a seeking a Assistant VP of Events to join a dynamic and fast-growing real estate development company. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in event management, marketing, and promotional planning, looking to lead and shape impactful event strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute both short-term and long-term event strategies.
  • Understand the company’s value proposition and competitive landscape to create and implement tailored event marketing plans that effectively position the company’s projects in the market.
  • Lead the seamless execution of events, overseeing all stages from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure all financial plans are aligned with the company’s objectives while promoting cost-effective practices.
  • Promote events across multiple channels, including digital media and promotional campaigns, to drive awareness and attendance.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to maximize media and PR opportunities for event coverage and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and events, with a focus on the real estate sector or similar industries.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing marketing, advertising, and promotional teams, driving successful campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach to project management.
