Operations Manager (EMIRATI)

My client, a leading international bank with a strong regional presence, is seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Manager to support its dynamic banking operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient operational systems aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. This role requires the ability to multitask, work cross-functionally across departments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior experience in banking operations or a similar financial environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
