Supplier Industrial Performance Manager – EMIRATI

Our client, a global leader in advanced technology solutions across aerospace, defence, transportation, and security, is seeking a Supplier Industrial Performance Manager to join their industrial operations team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of supplier performance-ensuring quality and on-time delivery across a global supply chain, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and support operations.

You’ll act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and key suppliers, monitoring industrial performance, leading strategic reviews, and implementing optimization initiatives that enhance supplier collaboration, mitigate risk, and contribute directly to program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure delivery performance and product conformity align with business goals.
• Monitor and report on Supplier Key Process Indicators (SKPIs), including Supplier On-Time Delivery (SOTD) and Supplier On-Conformity Delivery (SOCD).
• Lead regular performance reviews with suppliers and purchasing teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and shared improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy best practices in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement across the supply chain.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to address performance deviations, both during production and post-delivery support phases.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and participate in Supplier Performance Committees to align on key operational goals.
• Lead crisis task forces in the event of quality or delivery disruptions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in supplier performance, industrial operations, or quality management
• Strong understanding of lean principles, continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, PFMEA, DMAIC), and industrial best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments across international markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with a hands-on mindset and attention to operational detail.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
