Vendor & Contract Manager (Banking)
Salary up to AED 30,000 + great benefits & annual bonus!

Our client is currently redesigning its operating model and having a major technology transformation! We’re looking for strong candidates with experience in IT Assets & Contracts Administration to work as a Vendor & Contract Manager.

Role responsibilities:

  • Supporting Business stakeholders on vendor evaluation & selection representing IT Governance
  • Ensuring a smooth vendor onboarding
  • Contract Management tracking, renewals, initiating, and closing all contracts end to end.
  • Invoice Tracking – payments
  • Tracking & reporting all critical invoices to avoid restatement fees as well as tracking all contract expiry and renewals
  • Reviewing vendor contracts (License, subscription and cloud contracts, review and renewals) as well as relationship & category management
  • Managing vendor assessments
  • Keeping track of various renewal & expiry dates of contracts

Candidate requirements:

  • SAM HAM
  • Procurement & Contract knowledge/experience
  • CIPP, CIPM & CICCM knowledge
  • 4+ years IT Assets & Contracts Administration
