About the Company:

Salt is partnered with a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner driving digital transformation across Saudi Arabia. As part of their rapid growth, they are seeking a ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Architect to lead the delivery of GRC and risk-centric solutions for major enterprise clients.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of GRC/IRM solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping enterprise risk frameworks, compliance automation, and integrated control environments across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk)
• Define technical strategy and roadmaps tailored to clients’ risk and compliance goals
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant designs
• Customize and extend the platform using scoped applications, workflows, and JavaScript
• Guide customers on IRM best practices and alignment with frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and COBIT
• Conduct solution reviews, stakeholder workshops, and technical deep-dives
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow IRM product developments and contribute to internal capability building

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3+ years in GRC/IRM modules
• Strong expertise across Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules
• ServiceNow CSA and GRC/IRM Implementation Specialist certifications
• Proven experience delivering large-scale IRM/GRC solutions in enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance requirements
• Skilled in scripting, integrations (REST, SOAP), and data modeling within ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
