Senior Analytics Specialist (EMIRATI)

A global organization is hiring a Senior Analytics Specialist to deliver impactful data solutions and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with analytics leads and business partners to solve strategic challenges using advanced tools and techniques. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while influencing high-value business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with analytics managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights
• Build compelling visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate complex findings
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in analytical workflows
• Share best practices and support junior analysts by mentoring and documenting methods
• Become a go-to expert in a core area of analytics, helping drive capability across the team

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis or BI
• Skilled in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python), with strong visualization and storytelling abilities
• Strong communication skills to work across diverse teams
• Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving decisions through data
