Associate Manager – Agile Portfolio

My client is one of the largest Mining & Metals companies globally.

The Agile Portfolio Associate Manager is responsible for facilitating the planning, execution and delivery of value within an Agile working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful execution of Agile use cases and product development by taking the lead in program-level processes, ceremonies, and events while maintaining close collaboration with the head of the digital factory and sponsors.
• Take accountability for ensuring that delivery goals are clearly synchronized with business requirements and priorities by leading collaborations with Product Management, Product Owners, and various other stakeholders.
• Lead the agile program planning sessions, with a focus on defining precise team objectives and commit to deliver value within designated timeframes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline of Master Degree in Computer Applications
• A minimum of 15+ years of experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry. Additional experience in metal, mining, and energy sectors would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of working with various products preferably in manufacturing or metal and mining industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially in a scaled context.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
