Product Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong mix of technical expertise and business understanding to lead the drive for modernization of enterprise applications.

This role involves translating complex legacy systems into modern, scalable solutions while preserving business-critical functionality.

You’ll define strategy, shape roadmaps, and collaborate closely with developers, architects, and client stakeholders on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Strong technical skills in the following;

• Proven experience in enterprise app modernization projects
• Strong background in system analysis, data flows, and content redesign
• Deep understanding of Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with legacy systems, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture
• Ability to define and manage end-to-end product vision with measurable outcomes

Key Focus Areas:

• Modernization Strategy: Analyze legacy applications, workflows, and business rules to guide redesign and transition efforts.
• Product Ownership: Convert business needs into stories, prioritize features, and drive delivery across Agile teams.
• System Integration: Define content structures, document system integrations, and ensure continuity during migration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, validating use cases and presenting to senior leadership.
• Agile Leadership: Apply Lean-Agile frameworks, lead PI planning, and maximize delivery value.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communicator with strong analytical thinking
• Skilled in documenting complex systems and turning requirements into action
• Confident in engaging with cross-functional teams and senior execs
