Product Owner Cargo System (EMIRATI)

A leading regional organization is seeking a skilled Product Owner – Cargo Systems to take ownership of system enhancements, product evolution, and performance optimization across cargo revenue management platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and commercial strategy, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and intelligent cargo system solutions.

You’ll be instrumental in aligning system capabilities with business goals, ensuring seamless user adoption, and enabling smarter commercial decisions through automation and analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, bug fixes, and feature rollouts, collaborating closely with digital, commercial, and operational teams.
• Own the product roadmap by translating business needs into system functionalities and ensuring successful user adoption across departments.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), guiding stakeholders on test scenarios and ensuring smooth deployment of system updates.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior within the system to refine usage strategies and enhance system performance.
• Drive innovation through the development of automated models and machine learning solutions aimed at optimizing revenue decisions.
• Build data-driven tools and KPIs to continuously evaluate system effectiveness, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with Revenue Management systems, statistical modeling, or operations research
• Strong background in system integration, product lifecycle management, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience with analytical and automation tools such as Python, R, Databricks, or Tableau.
• Skilled in applying data science techniques to solve commercial problems and implement scalable solutions.
