About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative VP of Product Management to join their ambitious team. This role is instrumental in developing and managing cutting-edge digital products across fintech and marketplace sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals, with a primary focus on fintech and marketplace solutions.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in fintech and marketplace products.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, leading initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and guide future enhancements.
• Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with market demands, user feedback, and business priorities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the fintech sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on fintech and marketplace products.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products that drive significant business growth.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and fintech regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic (required).

Preferred Skills:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field and/or certifications such as Product Management (POPM).
• Solid knowledge of Agile software development practices.
