Account Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global IT professional services provider that is seeking to appoint a seasoned Account Executive to be based in Riyadh. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, specifically with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and its affiliated entities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise account management within the public sector or large government-affiliated organisations, with a deep understanding of IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to grow the relationship with PIF and its subsidiaries
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
• Promote and sell a wide portfolio of IT services, including consulting, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to align services with client requirements
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions in collaboration with legal and commercial teams
• Monitor industry trends and client developments to proactively identify new business opportunities
• Ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of engagements
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and documentation in CRM tools

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise account management, with a preference for experience in public sector or PIF-related accounts
• Strong understanding of IT professional services and digital transformation landscapes
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
