Enterprise Integration Solutions Architect

We are partnering with a leading financial institution in Kuwait to hire an experienced Enterprise Integration Solutions Architect. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess adoption opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8-12 years’ experience in enterprise technology development.
• Strong background in enterprise systems architecture and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, SOAP web services, Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and API security standards.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
