Head of Guest Delivery
- Customer Experience & Digital Platforms: In-depth expertise in customer data management, journey mapping, and multi-channel engagement solutions. Hands-on experience with technologies such as chatbots, self-service tools, voice/IVR systems, and API-driven architectures. Background in aviation is advantageous but not essential.
- Program Leadership: Over 15 years of experience delivering major technology and digital transformation initiatives across both agile and traditional project environments.
- Industry Exposure: Strong understanding of customer-facing platforms, covering areas like passenger service systems, order management, loyalty, CRM, e-commerce, and contact centre technologies.
- Delivery & Governance: Demonstrated success in owning delivery roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and overseeing multiple vendors and implementation partners.
- Strategic Influence: Ability to operate at an executive level, shaping discussions on how technology can drive business outcomes and significantly improve customer journeys.
- People & Stakeholder Leadership: Excellent communicator with a track record of managing senior stakeholders and building high-performing delivery teams across diverse domains.
