Global ServiceNow Partner has asked us to represent a Senior Pre-Sales position based in Riyadh to support with driving new business across the Kingdom.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow solutions is mandatory.
  • 10+ years pre-sales experience is required, consultative Sales approach to RFIs, RFPs and client facing presentations.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the skill to work well under pressure.
  • Strong ability to tackle challenges effectively, along with maintaining composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong track record working alongside sales teams to grasp customer needs and deliver technical sales support.
  • Able to create top-notch ServiceNow solutions and present persuasive demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, proposing flexible solutions.
  • Be able to generate comprehensive technical documentation and specifications tailored to customer needs.
  • Informed about new product releases and excellent knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities.
  • Able to build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to meet sales objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.
  • ServiceNow certified.
