Proposal Associate

I am working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking for a Proposal Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal development lifecycle from RFP to submission and client presentations.

You’ll work closely with their Proposal Manager, internal stakeholders across multiple territories, and global teams to execute proposal processes, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality, client-focused proposal documents.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support end-to-end proposal activities across strategic consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Delivery Centers, Impact Centers, Finance, and Sourcing to align on content and resource needs.
• Create and develop engaging proposal materials and presentation slides under guidance from the Proposal Manager.
• Conduct desktop research to identify relevant credentials, subject matter experts, and supporting collateral across the global PwC network.
• Ensure compliance with submission requirements including bid bonds and formatting.
• Maintain and update the team’s knowledge management system and proposal content libraries.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members within the proposal team.
• Contribute to dashboards, leadership reports, and pitch presentations for senior stakeholders.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of proposal development processes in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience in managing and coordinating multi-territory proposal responses.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and writing skills with an ability to articulate a clear, compelling value proposition.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and document formatting.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
