Red Hat Solutions – Practice Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Leader – Red Hat Solutions to lead our Red Hat practice and drive growth across technology, solutions delivery, and client engagement. This role requires both deep technical knowledge and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate understands how Red Hat solutions are designed and delivered, while also having the ability to translate technical value into business impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the Red Hat practice strategy, aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop go-to-market plans, service offerings, and solution roadmaps.

Technical Expertise

• Provide technical leadership on Red Hat solutions (OpenShift, RHEL, Ansible, Middleware, Cloud & Automation).
• Guide solution architects and engineers in designing end-to-end solutions.
• Stay current with Red Hat technologies, ecosystem trends, and emerging customer demands.

Client Engagement & Business Growth

• Build and maintain strong C-level and technical client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into Red Hat-based solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development.
• Partner with Red Hat and key ecosystem vendors to strengthen offerings.

Team & Delivery Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing technical team.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, meeting technical and business objectives.
• Foster knowledge-sharing, innovation, and best practices across the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12+ years in IT/Technology consulting, with 5+ years in Red Hat solution leadership.
• Strong understanding of Red Hat technologies: OpenShift, RHEL, Ansible Automation, Middleware, Cloud/Hybrid Cloud solutions.
• Experience building and managing client relationships at senior levels.
• Strong background in pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Red Hat certifications (RHCA, RHCE, OpenShift) highly desirable.
