Telecom Senior PMO

Project Brief

Our client, a Global Consulting Firm are working with a leading telecom operator in Saudi Arabia, and are seeking an experienced Senior PMO to oversee and support the technical implementation of new tools in the B2B domain, covering five key business processes. The role requires strong PMO governance, project delivery leadership, and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the PMO framework for the technical implementation project.
• Oversee delivery of B2B tools across Tech implementation, BSS, CRM, and ticket resolution systems.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
• Provide regular reporting, risk management, and escalation support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, technical, and vendor partners).
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and project delivery methodologies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 6-9 years of experience in project management/PMO within Telecom sector.
• Proven expertise in technical implementation projects (preferably in B2B processes).
• Strong knowledge of BSS, CRM systems, and ticket resolution platforms.
• Ability to structure and govern large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual: Arabic & English (mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom, or Business Administration.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
