We’re now looking for a top-notch Operations Lead to lead our client’s Centre of Excellence global hub for a luxurious, prestigious and innovative automobile brand.

Your day to day responsibilities:

+ Be the go to person for all things in relations to the operations of the Centre of Excellence

+ involvement in day to day business of the COE, getting down to the nitty gritty with the team, problem solve and guiding the team on challenges and solutions

+ Access to the operations systems – managing meetings, market trends and challenges, overseeing all digital campaign roll-outs

+ Be the key driver for all client initiatives and be the people soldier to connect the dots in a high paced environment

+ Solution and goal oriented to drive excellent results

+ Managing a team of 30 to success
