Who do we look for:

• Expertise: Skilled UI Designer well-versed in developing and executing digital designs on various platforms.
• Creativity: Ability to bring ideas to life and create exceptional creative content from concept to final release.
• Collaboration: Proficient in collaborating with a team of specialists and reporting directly to the Head of Production.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS systems is essential. Proficiency in visual design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and/or Figma.
• Management: Experience in building and growing a digital design team and practice.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with UKits, Design Systems, and understanding of WordPress Themes. Typography skills are a must. Experience with storyboard creation and site mapping.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, estimate timelines accurately, and prioritize accessibility and responsiveness.
