Calling all Finance & Admin Assistants!
Fancy working in a fun, lively and vibrant environment?
Our client, a global advertising tech media agency, is looking to bring on board a dynamic Finance & Admin Assistant with a keen eye for detail. This person will be their go-to for all matters relating to Finance + Accounting and Admin + HR.
What are some of the must-haves from you?
· You bring at least 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within a small to mid-size organisation with regional/international offices
· You’re familiar with these Finance & Accounting duties:
Ø Maintenance of monthly expenses report, employment rules and internal education sites
Ø Support of internal audits: Results and implementation of countermeasures.
Ø Bookkeeping, AR Aging management (pending invoices) and coordination with the Sales department
Ø Support for ERP system implementation
Ø Resolving timing differences and transitioning to an accrual basis.
· You’re familiar with these Admin & HR duties:
Ø Report and collaborate with other countries, departments, and head office
Ø Company-wide announcement tasks: Regular sharing of information on Slack.
Ø Maintenance of HR system/leave management system and workflow system.
Ø Establishment of regulations for expatriates and local staff.
Ø Visa-related matters and tax filings for expatriates.
Ø Implementation and analysis of employee surveys
