What Would You Be Doing:
+ Maintain and developing goof relationships with stakeholders in the company and have a firm grasp of business strategies in order to address current and long-term talent needs.
+ Guide the TA team across Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and China to engage candidates via multiple sourcing options and techniques to build an ongoing talent pool, while effectively identifying and sharing promising profiles of candidates with Hiring Managers.
+ Coach and Mentor the TA team to be able to gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, do lead sourcing, filtering, assessments, and negotiations with vendors.
+ Actively and frequently collaborate on HR business strategy projects with a multicultural People Department.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, HR data integrity, and adherence to government regulations.
It would be Awesome if you Have the Following:
+ Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, and prior experience leading a team.
+ The necessary skills and experiences as a recruiter to create/explore innovative/novel ways of assessing candidate’s competencies, strengths, drive, behaviour, attitude, culture fit, etc.
+ The ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
