CRM Manager

A retail and e-commerce company is on a look out for their CRM Manager to drive retention, reactivation, loyalty and data-driven customer strategies for the brand! You will take a proactive approach to define key customer segments, customer lifetime value, reduce churn rates and proposing CRM best practices. You are the key person for the Malaysia customer base whilst working closely with technical experts across the region.

WHAT are your responsibilities?

• Define and lead customer lifecycle marketing journeys to grow customer value via retention and purchase frequency
• Work with the marketing team to ensure that campaign plans, content and segmentations are data-driven and aimed at achieving customer-centric results
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to drive local and enhance Malaysia customer insights.
• Ensure the delivery of top-tier loyalty experiences and benefits both in-store and online purchases
• Drive the adoption and evolution of automation and personalization across marketing channels

WHAT are the skill sets you need to excel in the role?

• Working experience in CRM/database role – experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be an advantage
• Technical familiarity in BigQuery and SQL would be highly preferred
• Strong negotiation (voicing a call to action) and presentation skills
• Ability to work with agility and enjoys taking on project-based tasks along with a team
