If these words resonate with you, you’d thrive in our client’s environment. We’ve joined forces with a global AdTech agency who’s making waves in the influencer marketing space. They’re looking to bring onboard an Influencer Executive Executive who is creative and has a can-do attitude.

This would be the perfect opportunity for you and in this role, you will:

• Research and identify suitable influencers based on target audience, brand alignment, and engagement metrics, primarily for XiaoHongShu, but also across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, coordination, timeline management, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for influencers and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and updates at every stage.
• Negotiate influencer rates and agreements while ensuring compliance with campaign terms.
• Track campaign performance on a daily basis, flag underperforming campaigns, and work proactively with stakeholders to optimize outcomes. Deliver final campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Provide clients with timely updates, manage expectations, and present solutions when campaign performance falls short of KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect influencer and media insights for use in campaign proposals and strategy development.
